Eduardo Robles

With a career that began 22 years ago, Eduardo has specialized in sales in the telecommunications sector. His focus has been to drive growth in revenue and market share in Mexico and Latin America, working with fixed and mobile operators, MSOs and OEMs. He has excelled in market analysis to project sustainable growth, leading strategic account planning and managing sales teams.

His ability to establish strong relationships with clients and convert opportunities into business has been fundamental in his profession, these achievements have earned his recognition for his outstanding performance during 2011, as well as six years of professional success the following year.

Antenor Henriquez

Director of Business Sales with 21 years of solid experience in Sales and Customer Service, mainly in Services and Telecommunications companies such as Telcel, Iusacell and AT&T.

More than 10 years coordinating a work team in commercial and customer service areas, marketing, logistics and supply chain, strategic alliances with suppliers, innovation (introduction of new technologies), in charge of P&L and sales forecasts. Implement efficient processes, as well as design performance indicators for measurement. Objective: ensure profitability by department as the core of the business, creation of strategies with results reflected in the internal rate of return (ROI).

Giuseppe Capitolo

A pioneer in the field with a PHD in fiber optic physics and his thesis on "Nonlinear effects during amplified multichannel transmissions for long distances", he began his career at Alcatel, where he developed the first DWDM telecommunications equipment for regional distances. Subsequently, he becomes involved in multinational and multidisciplinary projects in several countries such as Italy, France, Canada and the United States.

In 2010, he arrived in Mexico leading the optical and microwave telecommunications division of Alcatel-Lucent México, before moving to Ciena, where he ventured into the underwater field and SDN automation. Finally, he joined Juniper, where he was responsible for AT&T Mexico's optical, Ethernet and IP convergence.
