The 1.6T OSFP-XD DR8 optical transceiver in OSFP-XD package is designed for facilitating 1.6T Ethernet connections over distances of up to 500 meters through single-mode fiber. It features 16 independent electrical input/output channels at 106.25Gbps per channel and 8 independent optical input/output channels at 212.5Gbps per channel. it includes two transmitter/receiver units, and the transmitter unit utilizes a 1310nm EML laser with cooling. The electrical interface is compliant with the 2*800GAUI-8 standard defined by IEEE P802.3df. The DSP utilizes the latest 5nm process, reducing typical power consumption to 22W.

50G PAM4 QSFP28 Transceiver for Ethernet 1310nm 40KM Transceiver
